With just over a week to go until Christmas day, it’s time to start thinking about what to wear.
Wether your staying at home all day, or going out to visit family, we all want to look good. I know for me, I want to look good but also feel comfortable, and I don’t want anything so tight I can’t have a second serving of dinner!
From pyjamas to dresses, check out my Christmas Day outfit ideas below.
Whilst you might not spend your whole day in pyjamas, you’ll want to get straight down to the tree to see what Santa brought before you get glammed up. I always get a new set of pyjamas for Christmas. How cute are the blush pink velvet pj’s from Tesco, if you’re looking for them in-store, the product code is CC723494.
A jumper dress is perfect if you want to get slightly dressed up but still want to be super cosy. This cream cable knit jumper dress is perfect for hiding the Christmas dinner bloat. I would wear it similar to the model here, with over the knee black boots. If you want to add a pop of colour you could pair it with these stunning Burgundy Over the Knee Boots from New Look.
The Christmas Jumper has to make an appearance, doesn’t it? To make it a bit dressier for the day that’s in it, pair it with a cute skirt like this black faux leather one or this striped A-line mini skirt. Christmas jumpers are in every shop at the moment but check out my Christmas Jumper guide for more ideas.
One dress that really caught my eye was this green lace dress from ASOS. I think it is so stunning and the green is a great alternative to the usual red on Christmas day.
If you think you’ve left it too late to get something online, Penneys have some really great options for Christmas this year. I love this tailored Tuxedo dress, this would look fab at family dinner on Christmas day.
This printed dress from Zara is perfect for Christmas day. I’ve actually ordered this myself to wear this year. I’m planning to pair it with either over the knee boots or tights and sock boots, I’ve still to decide!
I hope I’ve given you a few ideas on what to wear this December 25th, remember being cosy is key!
