Christmas

Shop Irish This Christmas

I love supporting Irish businesses and products. It’s so nice knowing the your buying from a home grown company and a real person is behind the business your buying from.

We have some amazing products created and produced on our little island of Ireland, and some stand out businesses from Irish entrepreneurs that I always love to support.

If your buying gifts for friends or family this Christmas, why not shop from one of these Irish businesses.

My Shining Armour

You’ll see gifts from My Shining Armour popping up through my blogmas posts all month. Set up by Nicki Hoyne, she runs the online shop and adds her products to my never ending wish list! My favourite picks would be the Kate Spade or Ban.do agendas, quirky doormats and beautiful prints.

Cleanse Off Mitt

The Cleanse Off Mitt is the baby of The Skin Nerd, Jennifer Rock. Her first product to the Irish market, teaches us to bin the facewipes to protect our skin. The Cleanse Off Mitt can be used to remove makeup without the need to add product, making it super quick and easy to use when you’ve come in after a night out and just want your makeup off!

TRND Beauty

Started by Grace Reed, TRND Beauty brought previously unreachable products to the Irish market. TRND Beauty brings us the products from around the world that Irish consumers just can’t get elsewhere. As is in the name, they are always on top of the latest trends in the beauty industry and the first place I look to if I want to try a new beauty craze.

Bellamianta

Bellamianta tan was the brainchild of Lisa McDermott and Linda Stinson, who launched it towards the end of 2015. Since then the brand has seen massive success, with the tan endorsed by celebs and influencers across the country. It is my go-to tan of choice and a company I’m hugely supportive of! The Medium Tan Lotion was the first of their tans to market and has since been followed by the even more popular Dark Tanning Mousse. The range has been extended since to include a Dark Lotion, Velvet Mitt, Gradual Tan, Shimmer Oil and lots more gorgeous products. You can shop the range online or in most pharmacies nationwide.

Celtic Candles

I just love Celtic Candles and the fact they’re made in Ireland is even better. My home is filled with candles all year round and I have so many from Celtic Candles. The quality is amazing and they just smell so good. The company was originally set up by Gerry Stewart in 1993 and is now directed by his son James. The set of votives abovecontains some of their amazing¬†winter aromas – Coconut & Amber, Lemongrass & Lime, Cinnamon & Clove and Frankincense & Myrrh.

Pippa Collection

The newest collection from Irish blogger, Pippa O’Connor. The Pippa Collection comprises of beautiful planners to keep yourself organised throughout the year. Also part of the collection are candles, which I can’t wait to get a sniff of as they sound divine!

Powder N Pout

My makeup brush collection is ever growing and I would love to get some of these brushes in my stocking this year. I have heard so many amazing reviews about these brushes, launched by professional makeup artist Aisling Cunningham. The fact that they were in the goodie bags in Mario¬†Dedvanovic’s Masterclass is enough of a seal of approval for me!

Newbridge Silverware

Wether it’s one of their stunning Christmas decorations or a decorative piece for your home, you can never go wrong with Newbridge Silverware as a gift. Amy Huberman’s jewellery collection with the brand has recently been released in silver and would be a beautiful gift too.
