Kylie Cosmetics launches Koko Kollection collaboration with Khloe Kardashian.
I’m a huge fan of Kylie Cosmetics and have spent hundreds of euros on her products at this stage. I have yet to be disappointed by one product from her collection. (I know there was a lot of issues with her peach palette so I didn’t pick that up).
Kylie has done some extremely successful collaborations with her sisters in the past. KKW Collection – I need you! Today her second collab with sister Khloe is released and I have to say, this is one collection I am dying to get my hands on.
I think Khloe is insane and I love the way they have gone with this collection. The collection features a face palette ($40) and liquid lip collection ($40).
The face palette is what immediately drew me to this collection. It features a beautiful blush, two highlighters and a bronzer. From left to right the shades are: Rodeo Drive, warm pink satin blush. Troop Beverly Hills, a shimmering soft gold highlighter. 90210, a shimmering golden Peach highlighter. Hollywood Blvd, a satin bronzer.
I’ve recently being trying to decide wether to buy the new Becca x Chrissy Teigan face palette and I have to say this looks VERY similar. If I had to choose between the two, I would actually go for the Koko palette. I love the packaging and how compact it looks. The swatches for these shades look beautiful, I’m dying to try those highlighters!
The second part of the collection is a liquid lip collection containing four mini liquid lipsticks. The collection contains three matte liquid lips in the shades Doll, Bunny and Baby Girl and one gloss in the shade Sugar Plum. From looking at the swatches these colours look insane and perfect for bright summer looks.
I do hope they expand the collection to introduce these four shades as singular lip kits. I would love to pick up Bunny and Sugar Plum but I don’t think I’d get the wear out of Doll or Baby Girl.
The collection launches tonight (31 May 2017) at 11pm Irish time on Kylie Cosmetics. Will you be picking it up? I’m going to try get my hands on the face palette!
